District 67 offers an early childhood behavioral and developmental screening for families with children aged 3-5 residing within District 67 school boundaries. This screening is free of charge, and appointments are required.

We are notifying our District 67 and District 115 communities of a data security incident involving PowerSchool, our student information system provider. On December 22, 2024, an unauthorized third party accessed PowerSchool servers via their PowerSource support portal, compromising certain data from student and teacher databases globally.
In mid-January, the City of Lake Forest will begin the Deerpath Streetscape Project to enhance the downtown area along Deerpath Road from Green Bay Road to Western Avenue. This transformative project will improve pedestrian safety, enhance infrastructure, and beautify this gateway to Lake Forest.

No need to trek down to the city, Gorton is bringing the fun to Lake Forest! Enjoy dinner in town and stroll over to Gorton for the show. So civilized.
The Lake Forest Civic Orchestra will perform Beethoven’s 9th Symphony on January 19, 2025, at the James Lumber Performing Arts Center in Grayslake, Illinois!
Gorton Center presents Mountainfilm on Tour January 24 & 25, paired with Winterfest, an après-ski themed event featuring live acoustic music, and food trucks.

Scouts BSA Troop 48 of Lake Forest is hosting its 6th annual "Mini-Klondike Derby" event at Northcroft Park on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 1:00 pm. This fun, free outdoor event is open to elementary and middle school youth (grades K-8) accompanied by a parent. RSVP is required.
